Stephanie joined our company in 2023 as Office Manager to support the team with bookkeeping, customer service, and client management, among other vital business functions. She brings over a decade of professional experience including treating patients as a Certified Medical Assistant at various clinics, customer reception, and office management in various industries including medicine, engineering, and academia.

Stephanie holds an Associates of Applied Science from Westwood College. During her tenure there, she was awarded for her professionalism in the classroom and completed her studies on the Dean’s List.

Stephanie began her career supporting various administrative functions—including patient communications—for the Rocky Mountain Cancer Center. Over the next six years, she continued to develop her customer service skills by working directly with patients as a medical assistant at Boulder Valley Pulmonary and then Flatiron Internal Medicine. She transitioned to office management and continued to grow her skills in bookkeeping, client management, and business administration through progressive roles at an academic institution and a construction company, among others. We are grateful to have Stephanie supporting internal and external stakeholders for our team.

Stephanie is a Colorado native, and she enjoys all the outdoor activities that Colorado has to offer—especially camping, hiking, and fishing. She stays busy spending time with her family and traveling around to watch her kids play in their many sporting activities.
